Our commitment to a preserved terroir
We have always respected our vines and nature over the decades, and have obtained HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) certification, a first step towards a commitment to protecting nature.
Having our own beehives, no longer using weedkillers, using fewer plant protection products: all this was already in place, but it wasn't enough for us.
In 2019, with the arrival of our son Benoît on the farm, it seemed obvious to us to make an even greater commitment: to use products that are more respectful of the environment, to preserve our wealth, which is our land and our terroir, to obtain 100% organic certification for our entire vineyard, and to rediscover the soil that our ancestors handed down to us.
